1 grapefruit wedge
2 ounces cup fresh grapefruit juice
.5 ounces fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon sugar
2 ounces mescal or tequila
2 ounces club soda
Pour kosher salt on a plate. Rub the rim of a highball glass with grapefruit and dip rim of glass in salt. Combine grapefruit juice, lime juice, and sugar in glass, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
